IMAGO is an educational company dedicated to teaching soft skills to its students.

They approached Álvaro Parra to create a three-minute explainer video aimed at improving organization and workflows among company employees. The goal was to help students understand how to manage daily tasks in their future careers.

Álvaro brought me on board to assist with style frame designs and animate several shots, as the project was too large for a single person. In the end, Álvaro, Alejo, and I worked together to achieve remarkable results within a tight deadline.

IMAGO VIDEO EXPLAINER

Preproduction Stage

Álvaro brought in some rough sketches from the script to kick off the design process, which took us about a week and a half. During this stage, we worked through client revisions to refine the visual storytelling and ensure it aligned with IMAGO’s goals.

Here are some of the initial styleframes we presented to the client before making refinements. This stage allowed us to establish the design language and finalize the color palette.

Design Stage

After a week and a half of hard animation work, we achieved the desired result. My shots were completed, and Álvaro and Alejo handled the final delivery to the client.

Specifically, I was responsible for animating the shots between 1:50 and 2:40

Here is the final animation with voice-over, incorporating all revisions.
